Her style has evolved from figurative into her preferred style of abstraction having studied under Olivier Debré at Beaux Arts in Paris. She has worked in most forms and styles but is probably best known to collectors for her watercolor work depicting historic buildings, cafes and street scenes of Paris. These pictures in particular illustrate her education and skill working in this medium.
With an economy and sensitivity in her brush strokes and application, she is able to create atmosphere and emotion in each of her compositions.
She worked and exhibited for several years at Pont-Aven in Brittany where she concentrated on the beauty of the sea and all its moods. Some of her scenes of boats and the sea in that part of the world have been exhibited at the Mystic Seaport Gallery in the USA.
